This $699.99 is required and is added on top of the trailer's price — it is not included in the sticker number shown. This used to be built into the trailer price, the way it still is at most dealers. Now it's broken out separately, so exactly what it covers is visible item by item instead of guessing what's baked into the number. Nothing hidden, nothing added at signing that hasn't already been shown here. Standard tax & DMV fees also apply on top, same as any dealer.
